Patrick Harpur is the author of Daimonic Reality: A Field Guide to the Otherworld, which explored the Old Knowledge, Hermeticism, Neo-Platonism, the works of Blake, Yeats and Jung to question whether lights in the sky, Big Foot, mysterious angelic beings and ETs are part of a suprareality. His newest release The Philosophers’ Secret Fire: A History of the Imagination examines "Daimons, Imagination and the Modern World."

Marty Cain, a geomancer and builder of sacred sites and labyrinths, of the American Society of Dowsers, formerly of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University and currently an instructor in the MFA program at Vermont College will present a slide show and discuss “Geomancy, Dowsing and Sacred Medicine.”

Robert Schmidt, mathematician/philosopher and Founder/Director of Project Hindsight, a large-scale project to translate the entire corpus of ancient Western astrological treatises into English will discuss the problem of reconstructing original data and ideas in “The System of Hermes: The Alexandrian Roots of Western Astrology.”

Antonio Huneeus, International science journalist and consulting editor and columnist for Fate Magazine is the co-author of the UFO Briefing Document and editor of A Study Guide to UFOs, Psychic & Paranormal Phenomena in the USSR. He will present an amazing illustrated talk on “Celestial Omens - Searching for UFOs in History & Art.”

Sophy Burnham, award winning and charismatic author of 13 books and numerous articles, novels, plays and essays that have been joyfully translated into 20 languages including the New York Times bestseller A Book Of Angels and her latest The Path of Prayer will discuss “Angels, Miracles and Prayer: the Path Of Intention.”

Merrily Harpur
, a freelance cartoonist and writer who contributes to various British periodicals is Co-Founder/Director of The Strokestown International Poetry Festival and author of the upcoming The Big Cats Enigma. Merrily will discuss the phenomena of anomalous big cats (ABCs) and question whether they are wholly constrained by time and space.

John Keel, the Grand Daddy-O of Forteana and the author of numerous books including Mothman Prophecies, will be on hand to host a Panel Discussion, 8pm-10pm, with FortFest Chair Phyllis Benjamin, Co-Chair Al Rosensmyle, Alvin Holm, Larry Arnold, Robert Schmidt, Marty Cain, Mike Frizzell, Merrily Harpur, Patrick Harpur and Antonio Huneeus with audience participation on “Nutz & Bolts vs. Alternative Realities: the Data Conundrum.” Plus Dr. Bruce Maccabee, optical physicist, with “Recent UFO Videos”!
